How Sustainability Takes Shape at Georgia Tech

At Georgia Tech, sustainability connects research, education, and innovation to advance the human condition — now and in the future. Sustainability is integrated across degree programs, extracurricular experiences, research, and Institute operations, shaping leaders equipped to create global solutions. Georgia Tech uses nationally recognized frameworks, such as the Sustainability Tracking, Assessment & Rating System (STARS), to guide and assess this work, ensuring sustainability is embedded across education, research, and campus operations.
